Our clients can expect a Project Manager who develops and leads a team of specialists to complete the project on time, within budget and with an end product that meets the client’s needs and expectations relative to culture and functionality.

CMPG is responsible for identifying these talented specialists including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and vendors that are the best fit and best value for the project. We recognize the value that each team member brings – including the client – and utilize the input and talent of all team members to complete a successful project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

CMPG provides project management services for a wide range of projects. We work for landlords and property management firms to complete tenant and capital improvements at their properties. We work with investors to assess, plan and implement repositioning strategies for their assets. We work with tenants and occupiers to plan and complete tenant improvements in leased or owned properties. In all cases we apply our expertise and established systems to plan and manage a successful project.

Tenant Improvements

Work with building owners and tenants in managing the design and construction by providing the following services:

  • Assist the client and broker in evaluating leased space options

  • Provide assistance in negotiation of offer and lease terms related to construction

  • Prepare planning budgets and schedules

  • Qualify and identify consultants, vendors and contractors

  • Manage design process

  • Manage construction bid process

  • Oversee construction

  • Track all budgets, contracts and payments

  • Track construction progress

  • Provide regular reporting and communication

  • Prepare close‐out at job completion

Capital Improvements Services

Assist building owners and managers with major capital improvement projects, including:

  • Building Repositioning

  • Roof Repair/Replacement

  • Asphalt Repair/Replacement

  • Electrical Upgrades

  • HVAC Upgrades

  • Building Paint/Exteriors

  • Elevator Modernization

  • Common Area Upgrades

  • ADA Assessment and Remediation

  • Waterproofing

  • ERM Testing and Remediation

Ground-Up Construction

Provide management services to owners and developers for ground-up construction projects by providing the following services:

  • Assist client in entitlement and CUP process

  • Assist client in lease negotiation relative to build-to-suit or general construction terms

  • Qualify and identify architects

  • Identify other required consultants, including MEP civil, geotechnical, structural, environmental, traffic, landscaping

  • Manage design process

  • Manage construction bid process

  • Coordinate landlord and tenant activities and communication

  • Oversee construction

  • Track all budgets, contracts and payments

  • Track construction progress

  • Provide regular reporting and communication

  • Prepare close-out at job completion
